Return Policy

RETURN POLICY FOR JEWELRY - 15 DAYS RETURN

No merchandise may be returned for any reason without Super Bell Jewelry's (hereafter known as "SBJ") prior written approval, and without the receipt of a return merchandise authorization number from SBJ. SBJ will not accept the return of (a) altered, sized or damaged merchandise, or (b) merchandise for a cash refund, or any credit other than a credit against future purchases. All returns shall be delivered or shipped prepaid to SBJ's principal place of business in the original packaging and condition, together with the invoice.

RETURN POLICY FOR DAMAGED & INCOMPLETE SHIPMENTS ONLY - 7 BUSINESS DAY RETURN 

Customers must notify SBJ in writing or by phone of any damaged, incomplete shipments or discrepancies within 7 business days of receipt. Manufacturer defects can only be exchanged for the identical item but cannot be returned for a refund. All Collectibles, Jewelry Boxes, Swarovski Crystal items, Faberge eggs, Frames, Trinket Boxes, Crystal Pendants, Figurines and 24K Gold Roses will only be accepted with SBJ’s prior authorization and the receipt of a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number issued by SBJ. Any returns mailed to us without a pre-approved RMA may be refused without notice, automatically returned and a handling fee may be assessed. An RMA is valid for 5 days. SBJ reserves the right to deny any return. 

Your Customer Service Representative may authorize a credit under special circumstances if the item is in sellable condition, returned in the original packaging, and reported within 7 business days. Please note that any credit issued in this situation will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. You will be responsible for all shipping and insurance charges for returns, unless otherwise indicated. All returns shall be delivered or shipped to SBJ’s principal place of business together with the original invoice. If you choose not to insure your package, and we do not accept return of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage. Upon our acceptance of the merchandise in sellable condition and in conformity with this policy, the purchase price will be credited for future purchases. 

REPAIRS 

Each of these items has been individually made and each crystal is placed by hand. Therefore, these items cannot withstand maltreatment, misuse or heavy wear and tear. We are unable to guarantee that over time a crystal will not come loose, so we have added a few extra stones for any repairs.
