Is your office and showroom open?

 

Our office and showroom are currently closed due to the California government's "Safety at Home" order. We will still be working with limited staff, remotely. Any questions should be sent to: info@superbelljewelry.com

 

We do not have a timeline of when we will open again, so it is best to check back onto this page for updates.

 

 

Can I still place orders? When will it ship?

 

Yes. We have a few staff members working remotely to answer questions and process orders. Please email:info@superbelljewelry.com 

 

We encourage you to place orders through our website for the quickest order processing.

 

SHIPMENTS: We are doing shipments on Tuesday and Thursday (subject to change), weekly.

All orders must be placed online or with our staff before 9AM Pacific time in order for it to be shipped out the same day.



 

How can I see what items you have? Do you have anything new?

 

As our showroom is not open, the best way to see our items is to check out our website. We update it regularly and we also include the stock levels.

For new items, please check the "New" section.

 

Is your website inventory updated?

 

Yes. All our merchandise is uploaded on our website for your easy viewing. We also have our quantities shown on our website as well. 

 

On our website, you are able to filter to see only items that are in stock. Just click on "SEE IN STOCK ONLY"

 

 

How long are back orders going to take?

 

Currently, backorders may take approximately 7-8 weeks. This assumes no large changes that will impact production timing.

 

 

I have a pending backorder. When will it ship?

 

We are working with limited staff, so backorders may be a bit delayed. We apologize for the inconvenience. We will make sure we contact you as soon as backorders arrive and are ready to ship.

 

 

I have sent some items back for return or repair, but I have not heard back.

 

Due to limited staff, we are not currently processing any returns or repairs. We will make sure to provide updates as soon as we are able to get returns processed.

 

Please check your tracking information to make sure that our office has received it.

 

 

I want to return or repair some items. How can I get an RA#?

 

As of now, we are not processing any returns, repairs, or any return requests. Please do not ship any returns without approval, as we will not be in the office to accept any packages. 

 

 

What tradeshows will you be attending?

 

The next tradeshow we have scheduled is JA New York in August 2020.
